About the role
We are looking for an experienced Legal Affairs Senior Manager to lead our legal function and provide strategic support across all business units. The role involves overseeing litigation, regulatory matters, contract negotiations, and corporate governance while ensuring full compliance with Saudi law.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice to executive management on regulatory, governance and compliance issues.
- Assess and mitigate legal risks linked to business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Manage all litigation, disputes, claims and investigations, representing the organization before courts and authorities.
- Draft, review, negotiate and approve contracts, agreements and policies.
- Develop and maintain legal policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
- Monitor legislative changes and advise on their impact.
- Oversee relationships with external law firms and ensure cost‑effective legal support.
- Lead investigations of legal violations and recommend corrective actions.
- Mentor and develop the Legal Affairs team, setting performance objectives.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in legal affairs, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, regulations and court procedures.
- Proven track record representing organizations before courts, judicial committees and governmental authorities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team‑management abilities.
