Legal Assistant Manager

About the role

The Legal Assistant Manager supports the General Counsel in delivering legal and governance services essential for the company's operations. This role involves reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing legal insight across business units.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Counsel with legal analysis, contract negotiation, and litigation management.
• Evaluate agreements, contracts and other legal documents for compliance with SAMA, MoC, MISA, CITC and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review dual‑language resolutions, draft meeting minutes and maintain the digital legal library.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, internal audit, compliance and HR to address governance inquiries.
• Support operational teams by implementing approved policies, monitoring regulatory standards and providing legal advice on new products and projects.
• Conduct legal impact analyses of new regulations and communicate findings to management.
• Review marketing materials for compliance with CITC, SAMA and Sharia‑board guidelines.
• Draft, implement and manage departmental policies, SOPs and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or Political Sciences.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian regulatory frameworks (SAMA, MoC, MISA, CITC).
• Experience in contract drafting, negotiation and compliance oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
