About the role
The Legal Associate Advisor provides legal advisory and administrative support across a wide range of corporate, regulatory, and governance matters. The role ensures the organization complies with applicable laws and internal policies while minimizing legal risk and protecting its interests.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, amend, and negotiate contracts, agreements, memorandums, policies, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices to support decision‑making.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks.
- Identify potential legal risks and propose practical mitigation measures.
- Prepare and review legal correspondence, notices, resolutions, and official submissions.
- Assist in developing, enhancing, and implementing legal policies, procedures, and governance practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive legal and organizational information.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in legal advisory, corporate law, commercial contracts, or regulatory compliance.
