About the role
The Legal Coordination Specialist supports the Film Studio asset by managing legal and contractual activities, ensuring agreements are properly documented, approved, and compliant with governance requirements. This role underpins a lean operating model through disciplined tracking, approval routing, and legal readiness across commercial, operational and activation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate legal and contractual documentation across the Film Studio asset.
- Support preparation, review, processing and execution tracking of agreements and contracts.
- Manage workflows for tenant, vendor, consultant, partnership, service and other operational agreements.
- Liaise with centralized Legal teams for reviews, approvals, standard terms and compliance matters.
- Track contract lifecycle activities including initiation, approvals, renewals, amendments, expirations and close‑out actions.
- Maintain legal records, contract repositories, trackers and documentation databases with version control and confidentiality.
- Assist procurement, commercial and corporate enablement teams with contract administration and workflow coordination.
- Monitor contractual obligations, action items, approval bottlenecks and compliance requirements, escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate legal governance, approval routing and document completeness checks before submission.
- Support operational risk mitigation through documentation tracking, expiry monitoring and records discipline.
- Maintain templates, standard clauses, approval checklists and document control processes.
- Provide legal readiness for operational activation, partner onboarding and commercial launch activities.
- Respond to audit, compliance and due‑diligence documentation requests while ensuring confidentiality.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies or a related field.
- 4‑6 years of experience in legal coordination, contract administration or documentation control.
- Experience in commercial, operational, real estate, entertainment or other governance‑led environments is preferred.
