Legal Coordinator (Tamheer)

About the role

The Legal Coordinator (Tamheer) will support Bayut’s Legal Department by providing administrative and legal assistance. This trainee position offers hands‑on experience with legal documentation, contract management, compliance activities and cross‑department coordination, helping you build a solid foundation in corporate legal practice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, reviewing and organizing legal documents and contracts.
• Maintain legal files and ensure proper document management.
• Coordinate contract approvals and monitor expiration dates using legal trackers.
• Support regulatory compliance activities and conduct basic legal research.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow‑up action items.
• Help draft reports, presentations and legal correspondence.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive legal information.
• Support policy and procedure documentation and perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Legal Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or a related legal field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer program.
• Fresh graduate or limited professional experience.
• Fluent in English.
