Legal Manager - KSA National

About the role

The client, a leading global business with a growing office in Riyadh, is seeking an outstanding Saudi National Legal Manager to lead the legal function for the Kingdom. The role involves overseeing commercial transactions across the MEA region and providing comprehensive legal support to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and close commercial transactions across the MEA region.
• Provide advice and support on regulatory matters, including interpretation of laws and regulations.
• Support commercial, transactional and litigation matters.
• Update and collaborate closely with Regional and Corporate Legal Team members.
• Advise engagement teams on legal risk throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Liaise with HR, Compliance and other functions for specialist advice.
• Build relationships with leaders and engagement teams, and meet stakeholders to discuss findings and concerns.
• Consult and, when necessary, escalate issues to the Regional Legal Head.

Required profile

• Saudi national with extensive experience in commercial transaction review, negotiation and closure across the MEA region.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Arabic and English.
• Hands‑on negotiator with customers in Arabic, demonstrating high efficiency.
• Ability to accurately translate agreements and documents from Arabic to English.
