About the role

The Legal Senior Lead Advisor will provide strategic legal counsel to protect STG’s interests and minimise liability. This senior position involves advising on high‑impact matters, overseeing contract management and supporting dispute resolution across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advice and recommendations to support decision‑making and safeguard the company against legal exposure.
• Advise on strategic legal matters of importance to protect STG’s interests.
• Review, negotiate and amend all contracts and legal documentation promptly and accurately.
• Support managers in resolving contractual issues and disputes, aiming for out‑of‑court settlements.
• Collaborate with external law firms, ensuring they are fully briefed on case facts.
• Participate in internal and external committees and meetings within authority limits.
• Prepare departmental reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in legal advisory and litigation management.
