Lifecycle Operations & Maintenance Manager – AVL Expert

About the role

As the Lifecycle Operations & Maintenance Manager you will lead the service and maintenance programme for permanently installed AVL and media technology projects across the Middle East. You will act as the main interface between clients and internal teams, ensuring reliable support throughout the lifecycle of museums, theatres and other venues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operations and maintenance concepts for AVL, media and technology systems.
• Manage preventive, operational and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Coordinate internal teams, external specialists, suppliers and subcontractors for service assignments.
• Prepare cost estimates, service requirements and commercial documentation for invoicing.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, Jira and other internal systems.
• Support supplier sourcing and negotiations in collaboration with Procurement.
• Travel regularly to project sites such as Jeddah, Riyadh and Abu Dhabi.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in AVL, media technology or technical operations within permanently installed AV environments.
• Previous management experience in AV service, maintenance or technical operations.
• Strong understanding of preventive and reactive maintenance, troubleshooting and SLA‑driven support.
• Excellent client‑facing and account management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to coordinate suppliers and subcontractors.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred; German a plus.
