Production Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead scripted productions from development through final delivery. The role oversees schedules, budgets, resources and ensures high‑quality output across all production phases.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise scripted productions throughout the entire lifecycle, from development and pre‑production to filming, post‑production and delivery.
• Monitor production schedules, budgets, forecasts and resource allocation to keep projects on time and within approved budgets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, production companies, creative teams and operational departments to achieve production objectives.
• Review scripts and production plans to identify requirements, operational considerations and potential risks.
• Oversee production processes and workflows, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies and technical requirements.
• Track performance, provide status updates, reports and escalate issues as needed.
• Support casting, talent engagement, contract coordination and logistics.
• Manage relationships with production partners and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration.
• Review dailies, rough cuts and offline edits to maintain quality standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to protect schedules and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in television, film, scripted content or media production.
• At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role within production environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously from development through delivery.
• Strong understanding of the full production lifecycle, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and scheduling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with production management systems.
• Experience using budgeting tools.
• Familiarity with scheduling software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
