Litigation Coordinator

About the role

The Litigation Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between NAPCO National and external legal counsel, overseeing all court-related activities across a wide range of case types. This role ensures that legal processes are efficiently managed, reports are accurately prepared, and regulatory updates are implemented throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plead, represent, and coordinate litigation plans with external lawyers for all courts and case types, including financial, labor, criminal, and human rights matters.
• Prepare and distribute monthly activity reports to NAPCO National division management.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation of court verdicts.
• Represent the company at notary offices to submit and track requests.
• Verify implementation of new or updated regulations approved by Legal Affairs.
• Compile formal notes with evidence and documentation for external counsel approval.
• Assist in creating internal audit reports aligned with the annual work program and audit strategic plan.
• Ensure timely reporting and execution of legal projects.
• Review and approve documentation from affiliates and verify site visits for account opening.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support legal research needs.
• Maintain accurate case documentation, including docket management and electronic case files.
• Provide legal input on company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience handling litigation across financial, labor, criminal, and human rights cases.
• Strong ability to prepare detailed activity and audit reports.
• Familiarity with court procedures and notary processes.
• Capability to interpret and apply new regulations within a corporate setting.
• Excellent coordination skills for working with external lawyers and internal stakeholders.
