Loans and Market Intelligence Manager

About the role

Al-Qadsiah Club is seeking a Loans and Market Intelligence Manager to lead the club’s player loan strategy and market analysis. You will ensure loan placements align with development pathways, partner club opportunities, and the club’s long‑term football objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the full loan cycle – planning, placement, monitoring, and evaluation for First Team, Emerging Talent, and Academy players.
• Produce and quality‑control weekly loan monitoring reports and mid‑loan evaluations.
• Maintain and develop the Market Options Database and References Database to support recruitment and player movement decisions.
• Update intelligence reports on domestic and international markets, covering trends, regulations, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with scouting staff to identify suitable loan destinations based on playing style, competitive level, and development goals.
• Act as primary contact for receiving clubs, handling recalls, extensions, transfers, and club changes.
• Support the use of TransferRoom and other market platforms for strategic decision‑making.
• Develop and evaluate partner club relationships to strengthen long‑term player pathways.
• Prepare loan and player pathway content for transfer‑window planning and post‑window reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing football player loans and overseeing loan performance.
• Strong understanding of market intelligence within the sports industry.
• Experience working closely with scouting, partnership development, and football operations teams.
• Ability to produce high‑quality analytical reports and strategic recommendations.
