Logistic Incharge (Technical & Planning)

About the role

ABIS is looking for a Logistic Incharge (Technical & Planning) in Al Jubail to oversee and coordinate logistics operations. The role ensures efficient planning, execution and control of the supply chain, manages the technical side of logistics, liaises with stakeholders and supports project requirements so that materials and equipment are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics activities to support project and operational needs.
• Manage technical logistics functions including transportation, warehousing and inventory control.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and internal teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance and resolve issues or delays.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in logistics planning and technical coordination.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with oil and gas industry logistics is a plus.

Required skills

• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
