Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will support Salehiya’s daily inbound and outbound product movements across its Saudi Arabian network. Reporting to the operations manager, the role ensures that warehouse activities, stock transfers and documentation are executed efficiently and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with internal teams, suppliers and other departments to meet delivery schedules.
• Process logistics transactions such as STOs, transfers and GRNs in SAP, aligning with planning, procurement and sales requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all logistics activities and ensure compliance with SOPs, QMS and GDP standards.
• Monitor stock movements across distribution centres and branches, handling transfers, damaged or expired items, and updating records.
• Track, analyse and report logistics performance metrics and KPIs.
• Communicate daily with warehouse staff, suppliers and stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Identify improvement opportunities and support continuous‑process enhancements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in supply‑chain or logistics activities.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
