Logistics Executive – Last Mile Operations

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Executive to support our busy last‑mile network. The role bridges operations and program teams, ensuring smooth execution and high‑quality service for Amazon and its partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑ground support to Operations and Program teams for complex investigations and proactive issue resolution.
• Monitor operational call‑outs, drive timely resolutions, and minimize business risk while maintaining Amazon quality standards.
• Act as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, communicating issues and updates promptly.
• Support the Program team by gathering insights, enhancing program lifecycle, and ensuring partner best experience.
• Manage multiple sites simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• 2+ years of experience in investigations, root‑cause analysis, and tracking process initiatives.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Ability to multitask across several locations while maintaining detail orientation.
