Logistics Manager – Night Shift

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead the night‑shift operations across its regional sales depots. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, minimizing depot losses, and ensuring a safe, hygienic environment while supervising a team of warehouse staff.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.
• Guarantee that all warehouse operations follow SOPs and Almarui’s quality policies.
• Oversee product receiving and dispatch, aiming to reduce depot losses and produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain stock availability, enforce proper stock rotation, and optimize space utilization during the night shift.
• Uphold QSHE policies and keep all related safety records up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 4 years of managerial or supervisory experience in an FMCG warehouse environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
