Logistics Quality Improvement Specialist

About the role

JD.com is seeking a data‑driven Logistics Quality Improvement Specialist to design, manage, and optimise operational quality systems for its Saudi Arabian operations. The role bridges strategic performance metrics with day‑to‑day ground activities, ensuring continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain operational quality control frameworks, including KPI development, incentive structures, penalty guidelines, and SOP compliance audits.
• Design and execute loss, damage, and customer‑complaint reduction programmes to meet regional targets.
• Provide coaching and operational guidelines to local ground teams, enhancing technical and managerial capabilities.
• Develop workflows to maximise successful delivery rates for major local market Key Accounts and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Act as a liaison to align regional operational practices with global standards and cross‑cultural expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ground operations, logistics quality control, or process optimisation (e‑commerce, express courier, or 3PL preferred).
• Fluency in Mandarin and English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
