About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to manage daily communications with our suppliers in Saudi Arabia from our Dammam office. The role focuses on ensuring smooth logistics operations through clear and consistent contact with suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular follow‑up calls with suppliers to track orders and coordinate logistics.
• Draft professional business emails to manage shipments, request updates, and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier interactions and logistics status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical challenges.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with confidence and articulation over the phone.
• Strong written English ability to produce clear, accurate, and professional business correspondence.
• Highly organized with the capacity to handle multiple supplier interactions efficiently.
