Logistics Supervisor – AMET Operations

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor for AMET Operations will lead a team of associates to achieve daily production targets and maintain high safety standards in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You will work closely with the Shift Manager to monitor attendance, workflow and key performance indicators, ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assign work to associates to meet workflow and KPI goals.
• Conduct stand‑up briefs, provide feedback, and perform floor audits and vehicle inspections.
• Support training and up‑skilling of new team members.
• Track, trend and report departmental metrics, analysing successes and gaps.
• Maintain schedules, update SOP documents and improve product flow.
• Identify safety hazards and participate in safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience managing small teams in a logistics or warehouse setting.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Strong communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks in a high‑stress, fast‑paced environment.
