Logistics Supervisor – Government Relations & Customs

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor will manage all government‑related processes and documentation that support customs clearance, transportation, and vehicle registration activities. You will act as the bridge between internal teams and Saudi government entities to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage documentation for customs clearance, transportation, and logistics operations.
• Liaise with authorities to obtain, renew, and update licenses, permits, and registrations.
• Monitor and operate key e‑services platforms such as Tamm, Fasah, Saudi Customs, and the Chamber of Commerce portal.
• Support customs activities by issuing broker authorizations, bayans, pledges, and maintaining customs card records.
• Coordinate vehicle registration, ownership transfers, and Traffic Police services.
• Track traffic violations, arrange payments, and follow up through digital platforms.
• Prepare regular updates and reports, highlighting risks, delays, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records that are easily accessible.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in government relations and/or logistics operations, especially in transportation and customs clearance.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi government relations processes.
• Hands‑on experience with logistics operations and related documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with government e‑services platforms (Tamm, Fasah, Saudi Customs, Chamber of Commerce portal).
• Customs clearance documentation.
• Vehicle registration and traffic compliance procedures.
