Logistics Supervisor – International Transportation

About the role

As a Logistics Supervisor at Siemens Energy, you will lead daily logistics activities and oversee international transportation to ensure the efficient movement of materials and goods. You will work within a collaborative team that values leadership, problem‑solving, and strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution.
• Manage international transportation activities, selecting carriers and ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to secure smooth and timely clearance of shipments.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve supply‑related issues and monitor shipment readiness.
• Review and authenticate shipping documents for regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory levels and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, international transportation, or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and overall supply‑chain operations.
• Experience working with international freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Demonstrated leadership and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
