Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor will coordinate the end‑to‑end movement, storage and setup of materials, equipment and technology for events. Working closely with workshop teams, vendors and site managers, the role ensures timely delivery and installation while staying within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed logistics plans, timelines and kit lists for each event.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Supervise on‑site setup, operation and dismantling, ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, conduct audits, and maintain equipment readiness.
• Lead and train logistics staff, assign daily tasks and oversee third‑party logistics providers.
• Assist in budgeting, track costs and analyse data to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management or event operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of transport management, inventory control and event construction materials.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
• Familiarity with logistics management software.
