Logistics Team Leader

About the role

The Logistics Team Leader joins Arla Foods as a key member of the warehouse operations team. You will coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensure compliance with SOPs, and support safe and efficient movement of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute the daily operational and delivery plan, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and adherence to warehouse SOPs.
• Maintain accurate documentation for routes, delivery notes, invoices and other required paperwork.
• Communicate proactively with planners, sales, and commercial operations to resolve issues and meet delivery commitments.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safety‑compliant warehouse environment.
• Support vehicle, equipment and machinery maintenance.
• Promote Arla’s culture, sustainability initiatives, and digital transformation mindset.
• Develop team competency through coaching and leadership aligned with company values.
