Luxury Concierge for Amaala Yacht Club

About the role

The Concierge will deliver exceptional, personalized service to members and visitors of the Amaala Yacht Club, ensuring every interaction reflects the club’s luxury standards and sustainability ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, using their names and creating a memorable first impression.
• Act as the primary contact for guest requests, reservations, and information on club amenities, events, and local attractions.
• Design and coordinate bespoke itineraries, including dining, transport, leisure, and entertainment.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of yacht services, marina facilities, and regional destinations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa, Security and other internal teams to ensure seamless experiences.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and special requests promptly with a solution‑focused approach.
• Support VIP and VVIP arrivals with discretion and professionalism.
• Record guest preferences in the CRM system for future visits.
• Promote sustainability initiatives and uphold club policies, privacy and safety standards.
• Coordinate external vendors such as chauffeurs, florists, luxury transport and local guides.

Required profile

• Strong hospitality background with experience in luxury or high‑end guest services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to anticipate guest needs.
• Thorough knowledge of marina operations, yacht services and local attractions in the Amaala region.
• Professional demeanor, discretion and ability to handle VIP guests.
• Commitment to sustainability and brand standards of Red Sea Global.
