Luxury Travel Consultant (Arabic Speaking) – Overnight Shift

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Luxury Travel Consultant to join Ten Group’s premium Lifestyle Management team in Riyadh. Working the overnight shift, you will be the first point of contact for high‑net‑worth clients, delivering personalized travel and concierge services around the clock.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails in Arabic and English, providing end‑to‑end support for travel, dining, entertainment and lifestyle requests.
• Prepare bespoke travel offers, itineraries, and related documentation, including visa applications and billing.
• Make reservations with airlines, hotels, restaurants, clubs, yacht charters, spas and other partners.
• Coordinate ticketing for sports, cultural events and manage gift, flower and transport arrangements.
• Promote exclusive promotions and events, ensuring clients receive curated opportunities.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in Arabic and English (C2 level).
• University degree or equivalent training, preferably in tourism.
• At least 3 years of experience in luxury concierge, travel agency or high‑end customer service.
• Strong knowledge of global destinations and passion for luxury lifestyle.
• Service‑oriented, flexible, able to work under pressure and on a rotating night schedule.
