Machine Operator

About the role

Sulzer is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join its manufacturing team in Dammam’s 3rd industrial city. You will be responsible for running production equipment efficiently while ensuring product quality and workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to standard instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Record production data and communicate issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Vocational training or equivalent experience, with up to 2 years in a similar role.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and physical stamina.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team.
