Machine Operator

About the role

The Paper Machine Operator will work on the production floor of Jeddah Paper Mills Limited in Madinah, operating and monitoring paper manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient and continuous output. This is a full‑time, on‑site position.

Key responsibilities

• Operate paper manufacturing machinery, adjusting settings to meet production targets.
• Monitor machine performance and intervene promptly to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Perform minor adjustments and routine maintenance using hand tools.
• Inspect output for quality compliance and report any deviations.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth shift operations.

Required profile

• Strong experience in operating high‑speed industrial machinery.
• Ability to conduct quality control checks and follow established standards.
• Effective communication skills for teamwork and reporting.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work shift‑based schedules.
• Technical or vocational qualification in mechanical, manufacturing or industrial operations is an advantage.
