Maintenance Services Representative – Aircraft IFEC Systems

About the role

The Maintenance Services Representative ensures the serviceability, reliability, and operational readiness of Aircraft In‑Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) systems. Working on line maintenance tasks, you will troubleshoot, test, repair, and document aircraft equipment in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform line maintenance on IFEC systems and other aircraft equipment, including troubleshooting failures down to Line Replaceable Units (LRU) and cabling.
• Execute component replacement, adjustments, inspections, and functional tests according to approved documentation.
• Conduct Cabin Sweeps, transit checks, and maintenance checks, reporting findings efficiently.
• Complete all required aircraft documentation and electronic data entry in a timely manner.
• Assist with airside inventory management, cycle counting, packaging, and shipping.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, health, and safety in the work area.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in aircraft line maintenance or IFEC system support.
• Ability to work under Panasonic‑issued or airline‑issued authorizations.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to regulatory and company procedures.
