Maintenance Services Representative – Riyadh

About the role

The Maintenance Services Representative will ensure the reliability and safety of Panasonic Avionics in‑flight entertainment (IFE) systems installed on aircraft operating under FAA, CAA, EASA and CASA regulations. Working on the airport premises, you will perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on electronic assemblies, units and cabling.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct built‑in tests (BIT) and manual tests on Panasonic IFE equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic failures down to line‑replaceable modules and replace defective parts.
• Remove and replace electronic assemblies, units or cabling while the aircraft is on the ground.
• Document all testing and repairs using computer and bar‑coding systems.
• Receive, prepare, and track spare parts inventory.
• Operate airport vehicles and airline communication equipment safely.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1‑3 years of related industry experience preferred.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification or equivalent regulatory licensing.
• Ability to pass extensive security and background checks.
• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, and travel up to 25% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet airport authority vehicle access requirements.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of electronic theory and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, diagrams and procedures in English.
• Manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, stand, bend and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
