Management and Duty Analyst – GF

About the role

Join a leading global food company as a Management and Duty Analyst (GF). You will support the finance and operations teams by ensuring accurate cost allocation, managing duty processes, and maintaining key performance data.

Key responsibilities

• Manage duty and duty refund processes.
• Monitor cost allocation accuracy across cost centers and GL accounts.
• Handle the Bayan booking process, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and SADAD payment follow‑up.
• Allocate material costs and support meeting preparation and presentations.
• Maintain departmental KPIs, collect data, update files, and produce visual management dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Sustainability Policy and ESG commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience (junior level).
