Management Consultant

About the role

Nuqtah Business Solutions is seeking experienced Management Consultants to be placed on a variety of high‑impact projects for Big‑4 firms, government agencies and private‑sector clients across Saudi Arabia. Candidates will work on strategic, transformation and institutional development engagements, delivering measurable results for leading organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy initiatives for clients.
• Design Target Operating Models (TOM) and support implementation.
• Lead PMO, governance and digital transformation programmes.
• Conduct organisational design, restructuring and change‑management activities.
• Build performance‑management frameworks, KPI systems and business‑process re‑engineering solutions.
• Provide corporate‑finance, business‑development and HR‑transformation advisory.

Required profile

• Saudi national with 4–10 years of professional experience.
• Prior experience at a Big‑4, MBB, Tier‑2 boutique or reputable advisory firm.
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Willing to be based in or relocate to Riyadh, Jeddah or other locations in KSA.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, MBA or related qualifications are a plus.
