Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to shape the financial strategy of its entertainment projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis to ensure the company meets its strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning financial targets with corporate strategy.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis, identifying trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports and interactive dashboards for senior decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop robust financial plans that support operational and strategic priorities.
• Assist in building financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and long‑term strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all reporting.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance Qiddiya’s financial approach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Advanced certifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA are preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within large‑scale projects or the entertainment sector.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal abilities.
