Manager - Operational Readiness

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a motivated Manager – Operational Readiness to lead the preparation and execution of operational plans for its ambitious projects. The role ensures that all operational elements are in place for smooth project launches and high‑quality guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee operational readiness plans aligned with project timelines and organizational goals.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and various departments to identify operational needs and address potential gaps.
• Conduct comprehensive operational readiness assessments to verify that systems, processes, and resources are launch‑ready.
• Lead the design and delivery of training programs for operational teams to ensure readiness and compliance with standards.
• Establish and track KPIs related to operational performance and readiness, driving continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent operational issues during rollouts.
• Promote a guest‑centric culture that emphasizes service excellence and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational readiness, operations management, or similar roles, preferably in entertainment or hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience developing and implementing training and development programs.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments and juggle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture, business practices, and regulatory environment is a plus.
