Manager Product Enterprise Systems

About the role

Riyadh Air is building a digitally native airline and needs a senior professional to lead the design, delivery, and optimisation of its enterprise HR systems. You will be embedded in the Enterprise and Innovation Team, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM, iCIMS, Government Relations and Travel systems.
• Manage system configuration, testing, data migration and ongoing enhancements.
• Provide day‑to‑day user support and ensure system reliability, security and scalability.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and other business units to translate requirements into functional solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing enterprise HR systems, especially Oracle HCM and Payroll.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and deliver user‑focused solutions.
• Degree‑qualified with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
