Manager Service-3

About the role

The Manager Service-3 will lead the operations of Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS) for a telecom environment. This role ensures the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of critical telecom services while collaborating with international customers and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of BSS/OSS platforms, including CRM, Order Management, Inventory, Provisioning, Service Activation, Billing, Charging, and Network Management.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain applications on Linux servers.
• Monitor system health, perform log analysis, and resolve incidents promptly.
• Manage database environments (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB) and middleware components.
• Coordinate with telecom operators to ensure service quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in OSS/BSS operation and maintenance, preferably on telecom operator projects.
• Strong English communication skills for interaction with international stakeholders.
