Managing Consultant – Advisors Program Management (Payments)

About the role

The Data & Services team at Mastercard delivers end‑to‑end services that help customers grow, combining management consulting with data assets and in‑house technology. Advisors Program Management (Deploy) provides expert execution support from implementation through adoption, usage and product evolution. As a Managing Consultant you will own high‑visibility payments programs, design roadmaps, execute delivery and prove value with data, while partnering across Product, Risk, Operations, Compliance, Tech/Processor and Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create multi‑workstream program strategies and roadmaps covering card issuance, acquiring, product launches, operations readiness, analytics and marketing, translating them into quarterly objectives with gated KPIs.
• Lead payments delivery, ensuring platform enablement, digital payments adoption, issuer/acquirer change implementations, authorization/fraud improvements and regulatory updates are completed on time, on budget and under control.
• Design and run lifecycle programs to drive activation, usage, balance growth and retention across CRM, digital, branch/tele and merchant channels, owning testing, targeting, controls and in‑life optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Comfort operating with autonomy while leveraging data, platforms and subject‑matter experts.
• Experience managing multi‑program mandates across Saudi Arabia/EEMEA, serving both consumer and SME portfolios.
