Managing Director – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The International Integrated Agency is seeking a Managing Director to lead its Saudi Arabian operations. You will own the commercial and operational agenda, ensuring the business aligns with global standards while driving growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sustainable revenue growth and overall profitability.
• Own the P&L, including forecasting, margin management and cost control.
• Lead business development and build a strong client pipeline.
• Establish senior relationships across government, corporate and partner networks.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure high quality, on‑time, and within budget.
• Embed structured processes for planning, execution and reporting.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team, handling workforce planning and talent development.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain strong governance.
• Represent the business as the senior leader in the Saudi market.
• Collaborate with global finance, HR, legal and commercial functions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in brand experience, experiential & events, or integrated communications agencies.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of profitable growth.
• Full P&L responsibility experience.
• Successful track record in winning new business and nurturing long‑term client relationships.
• Operational leadership ability to deliver complex, large‑scale projects.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC market is highly desirable.
• Understanding of governance, compliance and risk management in regulated environments.
• Collaborative leadership style with high emotional intelligence.
