About the role
The Manpower Affairs Manager leads the organization’s manpower functions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory compliance. This senior position oversees air ticketing, banking services, medical insurance, and inbound/outbound administration for the workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive manpower affairs strategy and related policies.
- Manage air ticketing operations, negotiate contracts with travel agencies and airlines, and ensure travel compliance.
- Oversee banking relationships, streamline financial processes, and enforce banking policies.
- Administer medical insurance programs, negotiate plans, and communicate benefits to employees.
- Supervise inbound and outbound administration, including onboarding, off‑boarding, and record management.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve manpower services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certifications a plus.
- 15+ years of HR or manpower management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing air ticketing, banking, and insurance functions.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR management software.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using reporting tools for data analysis.
