Manufacturing Assistant Operator

About the role

The Manufacturing Assistant Operator supports line activities on a PepsiCo production line, performing manual tasks and ensuring smooth machine operation. This onsite role focuses on efficiency, quality, and workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual activities such as duplex packing, exit‑area monitoring, and other machine‑related tasks.
• Assist the primary operator in running the machine and maintaining proper housekeeping.
• Achieve material‑efficiency and gram‑give‑away targets set by the department.
• Manage packer break times, cleaning during flavor changes, and track time‑in/time‑out.
• Maintain a clean and GMP‑compliant work area and machine.
• Report health hazards to the direct manager and ensure quality packets are produced.
• Attend the quality‑wall meeting at least 15 times per month.
• Participate in continual improvement of the EHS Management System.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
