Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer is a full‑time, on‑site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will analyze and optimise manufacturing processes for Industry360’s client factories, aiming to boost productivity, quality and cost efficiency. The role involves evaluating workflows, designing improvements and working with cross‑functional teams to embed the Industrial Intelligence Platform into daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate production workflows and identify bottlenecks.
• Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance and IT/OT teams to integrate MES, IIoT and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide guidance to operators and maintenance personnel.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, monitor performance metrics and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering principles, with hands‑on experience in machining or similar fabrication environments.
• Background in industrial engineering, workflow optimisation, layout design and productivity analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with production, maintenance and IT/OT teams.
• Familiarity with MES, IIoT, automation or digital manufacturing systems is an advantage.
