Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professional (Mid-Senior)

About the role

Hire Resolve is helping manufacturing and supply chain organisations hire experienced professionals for Saudi Arabia-based operations. This mid- to senior-level role suits people with a strong background in manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics or quality, offering a path toward senior leadership. Successful candidates help optimise production and supply chain processes, improve efficiency, ensure quality and health and safety compliance, and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support manufacturing, production and supply chain operations
• Manage production planning, scheduling, inventory control and materials flow
• Optimise workflows, processes and systems to improve efficiency, cost control and service levels
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, logistics and maintenance teams
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law, local HSE requirements and ISO quality standards
• Monitor KPIs such as production output, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, quality and cost
• Support supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation
• Lead, mentor and support supervisors, planners, engineers and operations teams
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventative actions
• Contribute to strategic planning, capacity planning and long-term improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
• 5-10+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics or industrial operations
• Experience in manufacturing/production management, supply chain/planning, procurement/sourcing, logistics/warehousing/distribution, process engineering or quality engineering
• Understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in multicultural, multinational settings
• English proficiency required; Arabic is beneficial

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar methodologies
• ERP, MRP, WMS or MES systems
• Advantageous: experience supporting localisation initiatives such as Saudisation
