MarCom & Events Associate

About the role

The MarCom & Events Associate will support Endeavor Saudi’s vibrant community by managing the end‑to‑end execution of a diverse event portfolio. This role blends marketing communications with on‑site event delivery, ensuring high‑impact experiences for entrepreneurs, investors and ecosystem partners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing the full calendar of Endeavor Saudi events, including global summits, retreats, networking dinners, workshops and ecosystem gatherings.
• Conduct venue research, site visits and selection, evaluating locations on criteria such as capacity, accessibility, aesthetics and budget.
• Track event budgets, process invoices and monitor actual versus planned expenditures under manager oversight.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless on‑site management and delivery.
• Utilise AI tools, Notion and spreadsheet systems to streamline event workflows and documentation.

Required profile

• At least one month of hands‑on experience in event coordination or related hospitality roles.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment and interacting with senior entrepreneurs and investors.
