Market Access Manager – Oncology

About the role

SAJA is looking for a Market Access Manager to lead the commercial launch and sustained access of its oncology portfolio across Saudi Arabia. The role will coordinate pricing, reimbursement, tender and formulary strategies to ensure patients receive timely treatment while maximizing commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated market access strategies, translating market insights into short‑ and long‑term roadmaps.
• Lead pricing strategy, including benchmarking, simulations and sensitivity analyses, and prepare compliant pricing dossiers.
• Build pre‑launch access plans, collaborate with Medical Affairs on real‑world evidence, and manage pre‑approval access programs.
• Design competitive tender approaches for NUPCO, lead submissions, and negotiate with key institutions.
• Drive formulary listings with MOH clusters, major oncology centers and other public hospitals.
• Establish high‑trust relationships with national payers, policy influencers and formulary committees.
• Monitor regulatory updates, pricing rules and oncology policy changes; produce monthly strategic access reports.
• Maintain centralized archives of all access documentation and track KPIs such as time‑to‑listing and tender win rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 3–5 years of market access experience in the institutional or public sector, preferably oncology.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Commercial, Medical, Finance and Executive teams.
