About the role

The Market Development Specialist will drive the identification and creation of new business opportunities, expand our market presence, and support regulatory and strategic initiatives that boost market growth and efficiency. This role works closely with financial market institutions, investors, and internal teams to shape a thriving market ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve regulatory frameworks for market institutions.
• Organise conferences, forums, and workshops with financial market institutions.
• Enhance employee skills and contribute to qualification and certification assessments.
• Improve internal processes and controls within financial market institutions.
• Conduct studies and develop regulatory and technical frameworks to attract foreign investors.
• Review and address inquiries from foreign investors to increase their market participation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve challenges faced by financial market institutions.
• Support market institutions in expanding their business activities.
• Identify new market opportunities locally and internationally.
• Perform market and competitor analysis, generate and qualify leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies and monitor market trends.
• Prepare reports, studies, and strategic presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve market development objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in market development, business development, regulatory work, or related areas.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a regulated environment.
• Strong proficiency in English.
• Experience in financial markets or regulatory institutions is preferred.
• Capability to prepare policies, reports, and strategic documents.
