Market Manager, Middle East & Africa

About the role

Trip.com Group’s Accommodation team is looking for a Market Manager to lead business development across the Middle East and Africa from our Jeddah office. You will be responsible for expanding our hotel partner portfolio, increasing inventory coverage, and delivering value to travellers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute business strategy to achieve growth targets and expand inventory coverage for hotel partners in Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders, organise destination workshops and attend exhibitions.
• Own end‑to‑end hotel acquisition processes and manage existing hotel accounts.
• Identify high‑potential prospects, lead contracting, and focus on quality and quantity of new property signings.
• Maintain and grow existing partnerships, monitor performance and increase revenue.
• Ensure hotel content, rates, availability and products align with company standards and provide the best value to customers.
• Work with operations and cross‑functional teams to execute business initiatives smoothly.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Team player with a “get it done” attitude.
• Detail‑oriented and quick to learn.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities, able to build relationships at all levels.
