Marketing and Communication Specialist

About the role

The Marketing and Communication Specialist will join Albawani’s Marketing & Communication department to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, create compelling content, and manage media relations. The role ensures that all communications align with the corporate brand standards and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing and communication strategies as directed by senior managers.
• Develop, produce, and launch campaign materials across digital and traditional channels.
• Maintain brand messaging consistency in all created content.
• Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
• Execute media relations activities and keep contact lists with key media outlets up‑to‑date.
• Support the planning and delivery of company events, conferences, and seminars.
• Create and publish content on social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience in content creation, campaign coordination and digital marketing.
• Strong written and editing skills with the ability to tell compelling stories.
