Marketing Campaign Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to design, launch and optimise end‑to‑end marketing campaigns that drive user growth for our food‑delivery and e‑commerce platforms. You will work closely with product, B2B, marketing and delivery teams to ensure campaigns meet core performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement marketing campaigns based on business needs and operational direction.
• Own the full campaign lifecycle, including strategy, supply and recruitment planning, creative material design and execution.
• Track, analyse and iterate campaign performance, adjusting tactics to meet target KPIs.
• Explore innovative, locally‑adapted campaign formats and promote updates to marketing tools and products.
• Collaborate efficiently with cross‑functional teams to boost campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance daily workflow, output quality and explore best practices for AI integration.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in marketing campaign or user‑growth operations within food‑delivery or e‑commerce.
• Strong logical and framework‑based thinking with the ability to present organised work outputs.
• Team player with project‑management and risk‑control capabilities, comfortable communicating across departments.
• Data‑driven mindset with solid data‑analysis abilities to identify issues and inform decisions.
