Marketing & Communication Specialist

About the role

Patchi is seeking a Marketing & Communication Specialist to drive brand building and manage day‑to‑day marketing activities across all channels. The role will support the KSA Marketing Director in aligning local initiatives with the global brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the KSA Marketing Director to define MarCom strategy in line with global brand guidelines.
• Plan, execute and monitor media buying, PR events, new product launches and store openings.
• Develop and implement a social media calendar that boosts brand awareness, engagement and reach; produce monthly performance reports.
• Create and distribute press releases, promotional articles and other publicity materials.
• Produce quick design assets using Adobe Illustrator and Canva.
• Gather market insights, competitor analysis and customer feedback to inform local and global teams.
• Write copy in Arabic and English for press, e‑commerce and online communications.
• Manage agency relationships, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness and brand consistency.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in partnership with relevant teams.
• Track budget usage, report status and analyze campaign impact on sales.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Customer Service or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on social media management and brand activations.
• Proven hands‑on experience executing marketing campaigns and events.
