Marketing & Communication Specialist – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to lead brand building and manage day‑to‑day marketing activities across all channels in Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the KSA Marketing Director, you will align local initiatives with the global brand strategy and drive awareness, engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the KSA Marketing Director to define and execute the local MarCom strategy in line with global guidelines.
• Plan, purchase and monitor media, and manage PR, events, sponsorships and new store openings.
• Develop and maintain the social‑media calendar, create engaging content, track performance and produce monthly reports.
• Write and edit copy in Arabic and English for press releases, e‑commerce, and online communications.
• Generate creative briefs for internal teams and external agencies, ensuring brand consistency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Conduct market research, monitor competition and share insights with local and global stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining high brand satisfaction.
• Manage the approved budget, update tracking sheets and report on spend.
• Analyse campaign results, link engagement to sales impact and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in marketing, communications or brand management.
• Strong copywriting skills in both Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
