Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to lead brand management and public relations for a fast‑growing, PIF‑backed manufacturing organization in Saudi Arabia. The role will shape the company’s brand reputation, market positioning, and corporate communications strategy across digital, traditional, and industry platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and govern the brand strategy, visual identity, tone of voice, and corporate narrative.
• Design and execute integrated 360° marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, PR, ATL and BTL channels.
• Oversee website content strategy, SEO/SEM initiatives, and user‑experience optimisation.
• Create corporate content such as videos, thought‑leadership pieces, white papers, presentations and social‑media assets.
• Build and maintain media, journalist and influencer relationships to enhance corporate reputation.
• Manage external agencies, ensuring delivery against KPIs and contractual terms.
• Establish crisis‑communication frameworks and reputation‑management protocols.
• Monitor brand health, share of voice, competitor activity and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing communications, brand management and public relations within a large or industrial organization.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align internal stakeholders to brand standards.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market intelligence and campaign performance.
