Marketing & Communications Specialist (PMO)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the Head of Marketing. You will manage workflow and PMO activities, ensuring marketing projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise marketing workflow processes to boost efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate and track progress of marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Act as liaison between the Head of Marketing and internal teams to facilitate communication.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and status reports for stakeholder visibility.
• Identify and escalate risks or issues in marketing projects.
• Support resource allocation and budgeting for marketing initiatives.
• Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for senior management.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement efforts within the marketing department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in project management, workflow coordination or PMO support, preferably in marketing.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as MS Project, Asana or Trello.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
